Terms and Conditions

By entering the Bombay Farm Run you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. I agree to abide by all race rules and directions issued by the event organisers and their personnel.

2. I accept that the event organiser’s decision is final and that no correspondence will be entered into.

3. I accept the terms and conditions for myself and anyone else on whose behalf I am registering.

4. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I release event organisers from all claims connected with participation. I indemnify the event organiser, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, and employees involved in this event directly or indirectly against all liability for any and all injury, loss or damage connected with the entrant’s participation.

5. I accept that participation in this event is at their own risk and they accept that participating in this event may involve real risk of injury, or even death, including but not limited to: over exertion, dehydration and accidents with other participants, spectators, off road, farm and weather conditions or road users. Safety precautions undertaken by event organiser (such as course supervision, race safety briefings and safety checks) are a service to me and other competitors but are not a guarantee of safety.

6. I am are in sound physical condition and health, capable of safely competing in the event, and not aware of any medical condition to the contrary by participating.

7. I consent to receiving any medical treatment that the event organisers think desirable during or after the event.

8. I acknowledge that should I withdraw by 12 March 2025 80% of the entry fee is refundable, there will be no refunds for withdraws after 12 March. Should the event be cancelled or changed due to reasons beyond the control of the event organisers such as safety reasons, extreme weather conditions or a pandemic, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.

9. I understand that the Race Organisers may alter the advertised course, race briefing or start times for safety or other reasons.

10. I agree to remain on the designated course and follow directions from event officials at all times.

11. Dogs are not permitted at the event.

12. I will be fully responsible for the security of my personal possessions at the event.

13. I consent to the use of my name, image, photographs, video and comments to be used in the media and for promotional purposes in relation to this event by event organisers. Entrants also consent to receiving e-mail based communications from the event organiser relating to future events.

14. I am over 18 years. I agree that if I am entering a child or children under the age of 18, I give my consent for them to participate in this event. I will act as their guardian, and be responsible for the welfare of the child or children at all times, before, during and after the event.
